Refund policy
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY NO REFUNDS
With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a FWG ACTIVEWEAR e-gift card. FWG ACTIVEWEAR does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges. Please be sure to send your items back in full accordance with our return policy: Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. Bodysuits, accessories are non- returnable. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing. When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a FWG ACTIVEWEAR e-gift card. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number when shipping back your returns. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Damages & Issues Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. If an item is damaged or defective, you must email a photo along with specific details of the defect upon receipt of the item. Customers will be responsible for any fees associated with shipping and/or packaging returns. FWG ACTIVEWEAR will only assume responsibility for return fees due to order issues that we are liable for please email us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at fitwithms.gina@gmail.com subject return & your order number. If your return is accepted, we will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package too. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your store credit will be issued after the original item is returned.
